I am a creature of habit. I have the same matcha latte every morning and tend to make a giant batch of something (like this quinoa salad) to eat all week long for lunch. Dinner is where my creative side tends comes out to play, as long as I am intentional about mixing it up. I created a master grocery list so that I would stop forgetting basics, but I’ve found it also helps me rotate through different vegetables and proteins instead of relying on my favorite few. This is good for taste buds and covering nutritional bases through variety. Plus, there’s something satisfying (but hard) about getting out of your comfort zone. By no means is this an exhaustive list, but it’s a start. Maybe it will help spark some creativity in you or simply act as a helpful tool in the grocery store!
