
Ingredients
Hand-rolls:
2 sheets of nori
1 avocado, sliced
1-2 large carrots, julienned
1 cucumber, julienned
1 small handful of sprouts
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Sauce:
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon tamari
1 teaspoon honey
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 lime
Directions
Step 1: Whisk sauce ingredients together.
Step 2: Cut each nori sheet in half, creating four rectangles.
Step 3: At a diagonal, on one-half of each rectangle, spread a thin layer of sauce. Next, stack vegetables, avocado, and sesame seeds. Starting at the corner, roll nori sheet until cone shape is achieved.
Step 4: Serve nori wraps with leftover sauce for dipping
